Combining blog entries and mind maps

So I have been working on ways to better manage my information. I think I've actually come up with some better models.

For example I now create a mind map to manage my unstructured data and then attach it to a blog page or post with a description to give it context.

Time will tell if this new information management model works any better than previous methods.
